Jadon Loves Santa Loves Jadon

This past Saturday, we (along with Gramma and Grandpa) took Jadon to see Santa at his workshop. In case you didn't know, he's working at Bass Pro Shops this year ;) There is a pretty big promotion going on there with FREE pics with Santa, elves, Frosty the Snowman, cookie decorating, a reigndeer craft thing...lots of FREE stuff.

Jadon is still too young to enjoy many of the activities they had, but we certainly took advantage of the FREE pics with Santa! He wasn't a cheesey Santa either. He was an authentic-looking Santa. He was older and had a REAL white beard. To make a long story short, we carried Jadon up to Santa and told him to look at his really cool hat (he has a thing for hats lately). A few seconds later, we handed him over, sat him on his lap, stepped back and started waving and smiling at him. He was so freakin' cute! He smiled with nearly every tooth showing and had a look of pride on his face :) The girl taking the pictures gave us two copies because she said he was "just too cute." The only negative is that the quality of the pic is not the greatest, and I (in all of my excitement) failed to snap a pic with my own camera. Oh well. Santa will be there until Christmas Eve, so maybe we can make another trip there and get one more. Did I mention they are FREE???

Prayer

Father, I ask You to bless my family, friends, relatives and those that I care deeply for who are reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask You to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through Your grace. Where there is need, I ask you to fulfill their needs.
