This morning, there was less drainage from his eyes, but they looked a bit swollen and purple underneath. If it had gotten worse, we would have taken him back to the doctor, but thankfully, it seems to be improving a bit.
No fever, not always fussy (but a lot!), very clingy, and getting very little sleep. He also cries, when he can't make a basket, while "shooting." It's actually hilarious and sad at the same time, when we watch him have a minor meltdown over the ball not going in the hoop. We laughed so hard we cried last night...trying to conceal our laughter from him, of course ;)
We've been pumping him full of Vitamin C and cuddling him as much as possible, hoping he's well enough to go to "chewch" on Sunday. It is very sad to see him look so unlike himself. Say a prayer for him, if you will.
Here is is this morning in his room getting ready to "shoot."
Irritable, puffy-eyed, messy hair, snotty nose or not...still the most handsome, charming, and sweetest boy I know ;)
Feel better, baby! :(

Awww poor darling boy. We will pray that he is ready for "chewch" on Sunday and even before that. This is when you wish you could take the sickness on yourself when you see how pathetic they look.
