Even though it has been over a week, since my last post, you would think it had been over a month with all of the new things Jadon has started doing! He has started to perform on demand a little more than he used to, so I've been able to catch a few of his new tricks on video :) As of last week, he started really talking on the phone! Like I can actually call Gramma or Auntie Em, and he will listen to them and babble away. At first, for whatever reason, he would hold the phone up to his eye, instead of his ear??? Who knows? But now, he has it down. One of our cordless phones always has the battery unplugged, so he can jabber away on there all day. And thanks to Auntie Em, Jadon has now learned to sing and do the hand motions (fairly incorrectly) to "Miss Mary Mack." You know her, right? Miss Mary Mack, Mack Mack...all dressed in black, black, black...with silver buttons, buttons, buttons, up and down her back, back, back? He sings that song CONSTANTLY! Honest to goodness, he woke up the other morning, still laying in bed and started singing it, as if he had been dreaming about it all night. So cute! I SOOOO look forward to taping the many other songs he will learn to sing in the next few months :)
