Cookies and Snow

On Saturday, Jadon helped his Gramma bake some reindeer cookies (thank you, Target after Christmas sale!). Mostly he just wanted to sneak pieces of the dough and eat it saying, "mmmm," over and over. He wasn't too interested in the cookie cutter part...in time, I'm sure he will be.

Jadon is a big fan of SNOW! How do we know? Because it snowed in South Carolina today!?! What the heck??? There was about 1/4" of accumulation in front of our house, none on the roads, but it was quite a sight to see. All kinds of schools and government offices closed because of it. Ha! Don't laugh too hard, people. It's supposed to be back in the 60s later this week :) It was fun to watch Jadon get snow in his hair and say, "Woooow," even if it was only for a few minutes. Next year, we'll take you tubing in the mountains somewhere, Jadon. We'll make snowballs and throw them at Daddy, since he likes the snow so much ;) I was forced by my husband to not only take pictures of Jadon's first "snow day," but also take video of it (which I can't get to upload) :/

Prayer

Father, I ask You to bless my family, friends, relatives and those that I care deeply for who are reading this right now. Show them a new revelation of Your love and power. Holy Spirit, I ask You to minister to their spirit at this very moment. Where there is pain, give them Your peace and mercy. Where there is self-doubt, release a renewed confidence through Your grace. Where there is need, I ask you to fulfill their needs.
